1. Using Resume Evaluator

By using Resume Evaluator, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Resume Evaluator helps you review and improve your resume through automated feedback. The insights provided are meant to guide you, not to guarantee job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

This service is built to support your job search, not to replace professional career, HR, or recruitment advice.

2. Your Data and How We Handle It

Your data is automatically deleted after 31 days.

You can delete your data anytime using the "Delete My Data" feature.

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes:

Your resume files
Evaluation and analysis results
Account-related data

If you export your data, please download and save it if you want to keep a copy.

Transaction Records

We keep coin or credit transaction records to make sure usage stays fair and the service works as intended. These records are stored separately from your resume content and personal files.

3. Privacy and Data Use

We only use your data to run and improve Resume Evaluator.

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not share it with third parties unless it is required to operate the service or comply with the law.
